Key conditions that apply when you place an order for a hotel or transport service.
Order and confirmation
When you place an order you receive a booking reference. It is a reservation, not a confirmation. Your booking is confirmed only after we receive payment and the provider confirms availability. We will then email you a confirmation.
Each component
If you book both a hotel and transport, each service is provided by its own provider under its own conditions, as shown at checkout. The price of each part is itemised separately.
Hotel conditions
Check-in and check-out times, ID requirements, deposits, city taxes payable locally and property rules are set by the hotel. Room preferences are passed on as requests and are not guaranteed.
Transport conditions
Vehicle capacity limits for passengers and luggage must be respected. Included waiting time and pick-up instructions are shown for each vehicle. You must tell us about any special requirements, such as child seats or accessibility needs, before booking.
Payment
Payment is by bank transfer to BOOKINGS NEST LTD using your booking reference. We do not collect card details for bank transfer bookings.
Package travel
Whether a combined hotel and transport booking counts as a package or linked travel arrangement under the Package Travel and Linked Travel Arrangements Regulations 2018 depends on how it is sold and supplied. If these regulations apply to your booking, we will give you the required information and protection before you are bound.
