Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to hotel accommodation and ground transport services booked through bookingsnest.co.uk.

1. Who we are

BOOKINGS NEST LTD is a company registered in England and Wales (company number 15376942), registered office: Flat 41 York Way Court, 265 Copenhagen Street, London, England, N1 0BX. Phone: 020 3983 3280. Email: sales@bookingsnest.co.uk. References to "we", "us" and "our" mean BOOKINGS NEST LTD.

2. Our services

We arrange hotel accommodation and ground transport (such as airport, hotel, private, city and intercity transfers, chauffeur and group transport). We do not sell flights or airline tickets. Each service is provided by the hotel or transport provider named in your booking. Our exact role for each booking (for example, whether we act as agent or as principal) will be shown in your booking documents and will depend on our arrangement with the relevant provider.

3. Booking process and contract formation

You choose a service, review the price and conditions, give your details and accept these terms. Placing an order is an offer to book. A contract is formed only when we send you written confirmation after we have received your payment and the provider has confirmed availability.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling and include the taxes and fees itemised at checkout. Payment is currently by bank transfer. We will send bank details by email. If full payment is not received by the stated deadline, we may cancel the reservation.

5. Your responsibilities

You must provide accurate information for every guest and passenger, and check your booking documents as soon as you receive them. You must meet hotel check-in requirements, which may include photo ID and a payment card for incidentals. You must also follow provider policies and be at the pick-up point on time.

6. Delays and no-shows

If you do not arrive at the hotel, or are not at the pick-up point within the waiting time shown, the provider may treat this as a no-show and charge in line with the booking conditions. Tell us or the provider as soon as possible if you expect to be late.

7. Amendments and cancellations by you

Your right to amend or cancel depends on the rate and service booked. This is set out in the conditions shown before payment and in our Cancellation & Refund Policy. Some rates are non-refundable.

8. Changes and cancellations by the provider or us

If a provider cancels or cannot deliver a service, we will tell you as soon as possible. We will offer a suitable alternative where one exists, or refund the amount you paid for that service.

9. Booking errors and availability changes

If an obvious pricing or booking error occurs, or availability changes before your booking is confirmed, we will contact you. You may accept the corrected booking or receive a full refund of anything you have paid for it.

10. Events beyond control

Neither we nor the provider are liable for failure to perform caused by events outside reasonable control. This does not affect any refund you are entitled to by law.

11. Liability

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any other liability that cannot be excluded by law. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable.

12. Your statutory rights

These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

13. Complaints

Please see our Complaints Procedure.

14. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.

These documents are a starting point and should be reviewed by a qualified UK solicitor before launch.
