Data we collect

Contact and identity details: traveller names, email, mobile number and nationality. Booking details: hotel dates, guests and room preferences, plus transport pick-up and drop-off, date, time, passengers, luggage and special requirements. Payment-related records: amount, reference and payment status (we do not collect card details for bank transfers). Messages you send to our support team. Technical data, such as your IP address, device and browser, and how you use the website, collected only in line with your cookie choices.

How and why we use it

To make and manage your booking (contract). To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation). To prevent fraud and improve our service (legitimate interests). To send marketing, only if you opt in (consent).

Who we share it with

The hotel and transport providers for your booking, our bank, and technology and hosting providers who process data for us. We share only what each of them needs.

International transfers

Some providers may be located outside the UK. Where personal data is transferred outside the UK, we will use a safeguard recognised by UK law.

How long we keep it

Booking and accounting records are kept for as long as UK law requires, usually six years. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.

Your rights

You have the right to access your data and to correct it. Where applicable, you can also ask us to erase it, restrict how we use it, object to its use, or give you a portable copy. You can withdraw consent at any time. We do not make decisions about you using only automated processing. To use any of these rights, email us.
